Refund Policy – 3K Trainings

At 3K Trainings, we are committed to delivering high-quality professional training and digital skill development programs. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.
By enrolling in any course or service offered by 3K Trainings, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Course Enrollment Refund Policy
🔹 Online Live Courses
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of enrollment, provided no more than one live session has been attended.
If more than one session has been attended, the course fee becomes non-refundable.
🔹 Recorded / Pre-Recorded Courses
Due to the digital nature of recorded content:
All recorded course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.
This policy prevents misuse and unauthorized content downloading.
🔹 Physical / In-Person Training (If Applicable)
Refund requests must be made at least 3 days before the course start date.
Once the course has started, fees are non-refundable.
2. Corporate & Business Training Services
For customized corporate training or digital marketing services:
Advance payments are non-refundable once project planning or service delivery has begun.
If cancellation occurs before service commencement, partial refunds may be considered at management discretion.
3. No Refund in These Cases
Refunds will not be granted for:
Change of mind after course access
Failure to attend sessions
Lack of time commitment
Technical issues on the student’s side
Violation of Terms & Conditions
4. Refund Processing Time
If approved, refunds may take:
7–14 business days
Depending on your payment method
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
5. Course Transfers
In some cases, students may request to:
Transfer enrollment to another batch
Switch to another course (price difference may apply)
Requests are subject to approval.
